Lucy trained and qualified as a Pilates instructor with The Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation Centre. She has been working at the centre since 2021, previously teaching mat work and now teaching equipment, working with groups and 1:1s.
In addition, she’s a Pilates for Neurological Conditions graduate with The Neuro Studio since 2021.
For the past six years, she has been in the Conductive Education setting, facilitating children and adults with movement disorders to learn the skills they need to reach their full potential.
